What happens if I want to make a change to the plan after the contract is signed?
Addendums: Are changes to the plan anytime after the contract has been signed. An additional “Add Contract” will need to be filled out and signed by Sun Control Landscapes, LLC as well as the “approval signature” of the buyer. The additional funds that were accrued from the addendum are to be paid in full prior.
What warranty do you guys offer?
Soft-scape: Plants, shrubs, trees, cacti and sod have a limited warranty from the date that the buyer’s project was completed 90 days. Replacements of material will commence at the warranty 90-day mark. There is no warranty for Ocotillo’s, Saguaros, ficus trees or pigmy palms. Sun Control Landscapes, LLC is not responsible for any “Acts of God.” This involves the destruction of plants, shrubs, trees, cacti and sod. This destruction would be caused by such things as freezing, frost, hail, windstorm, predators, improper maintenance or watering or factors beyond Sun Control Landscapes, LLC control.
Hardscape: Masonry, flagstone, concrete and pavers have a limited warranty from the date that the buyer’s project was completed to 2 years. Repairs of material (minimum standards allowed by State regulators) will commence at the 365-day mark. Irrigation: Including emitters, main lines, timer clock and valves, has a limited warranty from the date that the Buyer’s project was completed to year.
Will you guys take care of my plants after the install?
Sun Control Landscapes, LLC is NOT responsible for the “maintenance” or the upkeep of the buyer’s landscape. Once the construction has been completed and the funds have been paid in full, it is up to the buyer to “maintain” their landscape. However, we do offer a smart irrigation timer service if you would like us to continue the watering process, and monitor the health of your plants. We also offer a maintenance service at a monthly charge which includes, trimming trees, mowing lawns, hedging shrubs, and hauling off debris.
What is your policy on making changes to the design after materials have already been ordered?
You can make changes anytime, however, any changes made within 48 hours of install will incur a minimum of $250 change charge. Materials ordered are subject to restocking fees by vendors, hours booked for signed installs affect other client’s projects and additional delivery charges are incurred.
How long should I expect my plants to live for?
